Description: Carilion Clinic is at the momment seeking for LPN INPATIENT - Home Health-Skilled Nursing right now, this vacancy will be placed in Virginia. Partners with the RN in collecting data, planning, implementing and evaluating patient/resident care. Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development to appropriately care for patients/residents served.

Minimum Qualifications Required: Education: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing. Licensure, certification, and/or registration: Licensed to practice practical nursing in the state of Virginia. Must have one (1) year of LPN experience. Other Minimum Qualifications: Good keyboarding and computer skills for laptop charting at bedshide.

Must be able to work independently and have reliable transportation for all types of weather. Good assessment and people skills required. Good interpersonal skills and must be organized. Specific experience and certifications may be listed in service line specific ad! dendums to this job description.

Must successfully co! mplete orientation and competency requirements. Must obtain/maintain AHA BLS-HCP. Must be able to meet essential job functions. Service Excellence and Quality are hallmarks of Carilion Clinic.
