- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must be a Registered Nurse and licensed to practice in Virginia.
- Must have experience in Geriatrics.
- Must have knowledge regarding Primary Payers for Medicare/Medicaid and Managed Care requirements.
- Must possess knowledge of State and Federal Regulations.
- Must be motivated and demonstrate acceptance of empowerment opportunities.
- Must be able to demonstrate team building skills and function as a Team ! member.
- Must be willing to care for the resident in a! manner which is dedicated to providing focused care for each resident as they progress through life’s continuum.
