• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must be a Registered Nurse and licensed to practice in Virginia.
• Must have experience in Geriatrics.
• Must have knowledge regarding Primary Payers for Medicare/Medicaid and Managed Care requirements.
• Must possess knowledge of State and Federal Regulations.
• Must be motivated and demonstrate acceptance of empowerment opportunities.
• Must be able to demonstrate team building skills and function as a Team member.!
• Must be willing to care for the resident in a manner! which is dedicated to providing focused care for each resident as they progress through life’s continuum.
• Should have basic computer knowledge and organization skills.
