SITE COORDINATORLocation: Hampshire Department: RURAL HEALTH CLINIC Schedule: Fulltime Shift: Day Hours: Varies Grade: 210 Job Details: JOB SUMMARY: The Site Coordinator utilizes skills and knowledge to facilitate efficient operation of the medical office and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, assuring that the highest degree of quality patient care is maintained at all times. Assists physicians in the clinical functions related to the medical office including in-office procedures. Responsible for liaison duties with the Multi-Specialty Clinic practitioners. Level of care is administered to patients of all age ranges with illnesses, diseases or physical limitations.

As a representative of Hampshire Rural Health Clinic (HRHC), all comments, attitudes, actions and behaviors have a direct effect on the hospitals image and perceptions of service quality. Interaction with patients, guests, visitors, volunteer workers, co-workers, supervisors, and other employees must be in a manner that is friendly, supportive, courteous, respectful, cooperative and professional. This behavior should promote an atmosphere of team work which is congruent with hospital standards and guidelines to promote positive relations. QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate (or equivalent) required Graduate of a state accredited school of nursing and currently licensed as an LPN by the State of West Virginia required CPR/BLS, or obtain within 6 months of hire required Two years supervisory or leadership experience preferred Two years previous medical office experience preferred Operating room experience preferred Knowledge of basic patient care and ability to properly and safely handle medical equipment and supplies used required Ability to perform and/or have knowledge of basic clerical skills required Knowledge of Microsoft Word required Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills necessary for interaction with patients, visitors and staff required Appearance must be neat (clinical personnel will wear scrubs.) Ability to function independently, as well as a team member Candidates must be flexible, dependable and promote a professional image Must be tactful, maintain confidentiality and handle stressful situations in a professional manner Criminal Background checks include: WV State Police Fingerprinting Third-party background check
