JOB DESCRIPTION:
A hospital in Central Virginia is seeking a Nurse Director of Trauma ICU, with a minimum of 3-5 years of mandatory Management Experience. This role includes the management of clinical operations, supervision of nursing staff, and continual assessment and improvement of the departments performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
BSN Requi! red; Master's preferred.
SALARY and BENEFITS: $80,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience. Includes Full Benefits and Relocation Allowance.
