If you have several years as a Home Health Compliance Officer working in conjunction with CMS and the Office of Civil Rights,wit h previous clinical supervision experience and possessing an MSN (preferred), with the majority of that time spent with Home Health Compliance practices and HIPAA Privacy laws we have an exceptional opportunity for you! Elevate with a 5-star Medicare-certified organization performing in a mission-critical key role aaas our new Home Health Chief Compliance Officer. Home Health compliance monitoring, oversight of the Compliance program, working closely with Medicare-certified Home Health regulations and HCAHPS, overseeing nurse educator programs, performing risk and safety assessments, implementing industry best practices standards and procedures, collaboration with the clinical management team are some of the interesting challenges you will confront as our new Home Health Chief Compliance Officer. A JD or paralegal experience will be a provide you significant advantages with this opportunity.
