Qualifications
Degree or diploma from a professional nursing program approved by the legally designated State accrediting agency at the time the program was completed. Active current registration as a professional nurse in a state, District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States. Four years of experience, or three years of progressively higher level graduate education and one year of experience, or a Masterâs degree and one year of experience that demonstrates skill to serve as a subject matter expert on patient case management. Knowledge of or direct experience with military lifestyle. Knowledge of and skill to: serve on technical review panels for contracted work products and services; provide subject matter expertise to assignment screening staff on the medical implications of cases related to continued active duty as signment, reassignment, and relocation.

Summary
Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is looking for the best and brightest to join our Team! Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Exceptional Family Member Program Supervisory Operations Lead, screens and reviews enrollment and updates Forms DD-2792, DD-2792-1, and all supporting medical, dental, mental health, and educational reports for the purpose of program enrollment and assignment coordination. Identifies incomplete medical or educational information and coordinates with Installation Program Manager and/or Marine Sponsors to obtain all required information. Completes processes and forms EFM applications to determine e ligibility for enrollment in the EFMP. Determines status and eligibility of members enrolled, disenrolled or not appropriate for enrollment in the EFMP.
Supports EFMP Assignment Specialists as they make determination about the suitability of orders to both CONUS and OCONUS locations. Recommends priority housing, modifications to housing, and respite care levels to installation EFMP Managers. Reviews and conducts research for Continuation on Location packages and makes recommendations.
Performs administrative functions in support of EFMP in three unique software systems. Manages distribution and movement of case information to ensure confidentiality and security. Handles sensitive information that is proprietary, privileged, confidential or otherwise legally exempt from disclosure. Safeguards sensitive information and prevents unauthorized reading, printing, retaining, copying or dissemination of information, messages, or correspondence in accordance with rules and regulations such as those covered by the Privacy Act, 5 USC 552(a), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, Public Law 104-191, and DoD Directive 6025.18. Notifies the higher level supervisor immediately when proprietary information has been released and advises on how to properly recover, and/or protect information.
Recommends policy and procedures and advises the EFMP Supervisory Operations Lead. Assists in developing plans to support EFM continuum of care. Reviews and analyzes data in various reports, statements, requests concerning EFM assignments and administrative matters. Develops papers, briefs, reports, decisions, and actions and keeps higher level management and military monitors informed on current and projected posture of potential assignments, and adequacy/deficiencies of the program. Compiles statistics and analyzes trends of successful and unsuccessful assignments.
Conducts higher headquarters inspections of the installation EFMP , ensuring compliance with policy requirements. Supports effective program operation through site visits and staff training.
May work a fluctuating work schedule to complete work assignments outside of the typical work week and work hours. May travel to complete work assignments, and conduct or attend conferences and meetings.
