During this interim assignment, you will plan, coordinate and manage the Nursing department to ensure that every patient gets the best service possible. This entails working in collaboration with the Assistant Director to develop nursing policies and procedures. You have out! standing integrity and care about every member of our staff an! d every patient in our care. Your overall direction, coordination and evaluation of nursing care and services helps us maintain consistent, quality care.
