Description: CHS-Home Care is presently looking of RN HH right now, this job will be placed in Virginia. More details about this job opportunity please read the description below. Directs, initiates, and implements a patient care plan in a home care environment. Assists physicians during examinations and procedures. Prepares equipment, applies and changes dressings, and monitors patients. May administer prescribed medications. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
