Description: Care Advantage Inc. is in need of Personnel Supervisor - Nurse Advantage right now, this vacancy will be located in Virginia. The Personnel Supervisor is a member of the Nurse Advantage team that works under the supervision and direction of the Office Administrator and Vice President of Operations. He or she supervises and directs all personnel activities for field employees and has complete responsibility for the application process, for maintaining field personnel files, and for the annual budget and spending for recruitment and related personnel activities. The Personnel Supervisor regularly works and interacts with office and field employees and any other parties related to the business of Nurse Advantage either on the phone or in person. He or she is responsible for community involvement and recruitment/retention of all field employees.

The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED and two years of work-related experience. He or she must have satisfactory references from previous and/or current employers, strong administrative and organizational skills, excellent computer skills, and the communication and interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with coworkers, management, and others. Previous medical or telephone experience a plus. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
