We are seeking a Nurse Manager for our Cardiac Telemetry unit. Must have following License, Education, Certification:
- Graduate of an approved or accredited school of nursing required
- Must have CPR and ACLS Certification
- Current Registered Nurse Licensed required
- Certification in specialty area of practice preferred
- BSN or healthcare related field preferred.
Comprehensive management of Cardiac Telemetry unit. Will be responsible for supervision and mentoring a fully staffed unit. Maintain quality of care, promote process improvement and staff education to continue to achieve patient satisfaction. This is a unit with an enthusiastic and energetic team.
Must! have 2 years experience in management within Cardiac Telemetry department. Experience with cardiac patients. Step-down experience is a plus. Demonstrates skills in communication and team approach. Knowledgeable of fiscal, general healthcare issues, trends, quality management and legal aspects of nursing practice and standards. Knowledge and understanding of the entire aging process. Ability to function effectively in fast-paced environment with multiple demands/deadlines. Ability to plan and organize.
