The Clinical Manager coordinates total patient cent! ered-care both meeting the physical, age specific, social and mental status, and cultural and spiritual of the patients, and ensuring optimal care and service in accordance with physician orders, JCAHO, OSHA, nursing and department guidelines. The Clinical Manager fulfills these duties to ensure continuity and quality of care, which fosters all patients and their families' best interests and well-being.

Job Requirements

a. Minimum Education Requirement : Incumbent must be a graduate from a school of nursing. Bachelor of Science Degree in nursing preferred.

b. Minimum Experience Requirement : Demonstrated knowledge of staff development and program development. Effective interpersonal communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with physicians, and instruct patients and their families.

c. Minimum License Requirement : Current licensure as a registered nurse from the West Virginia State Board of Nursing. Mus! t possess current BLS certification within probationary period! , which is renewed every two years

Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions

Heavy Work: Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 lbs with a maximum lifting of 100 lbs.
