Duties to include:
Supervise the clinical research operations and all research staff including payroll approval and annual reviews.
Collaborate with the physicians in the process of study selection for the research program.
Develop research accountability standards.
Interview and hire additional staff when necessary and provide job related education and training.
Candidate preferred to have an active nursing license, minimum of 5 years nursing experience and previous supervisory and research experience.
