PRN Certified Nursing Assistant

Location: Bridgeport West Virginia

$1000 bonus after 30 days of employment, to be paid out over 6 months!

Responsibilities:
As a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant , you’ll provide routine nursing care to assure the highest degree of quality resident care that can be maintained at all times. This includes assisting in all aspects of bedside nursing care and activities in daily living. Responsibilities include promoting restorative nursing care as directed, recording resident responses to specific restorative rehabilitation goals, and anticipating resident needs and making rounds routinely to assigned residents. Success in this role requires the ability to recognize and respect the individual emotion, social and cultural needs of residents including their religious beliefs. You’ll be accountable for maintaining good communications and interpers! onal relations with residents, visitors, physicians and facili! ty employees.

Qualifications:
Position requirements include:

• Must have a valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills.
• Must meet all health requirements, including TB, and pass background checks.
