RN Supervisor

Location: Richmond Virginia

Lakewood Manor, a continuing care retirement community in Richmond's far west end, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to serve as the Nursing Supervisors for our campus. The RN Supervisor is responsible for management of all Nurses and CNAs, overseeing all medical care provided to the residents, addressing concerns from residents, families, and staff, making rounds throughout the entire Healthcare Center, and provide emergency response to other areas of the campus.

We are currently hiring for:
--Full-time 3:00pm - 11:30pm

--7:00am - 3:30pm every other weekend

--3:00pm - 11:3! 0pm every other weekend

Qualifications include:
--Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Virginia
--Previous management/supervisory experience
--Previous long-term care experience
--Strong clinical, organizational, and supervisory skills
--Ability to communicate well with residents, families, and staff
