This exciting position in our Product Safety and Risk Management department provides administrative expertise in receipt, processing, monitoring and reporting of product defect complaints, serving as primary contact. The qualified applicant will possess a strong clinical background and be familiar with electronic safety databases, coding dictionaries, and query development. Impeccable computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Lotus Notes are required.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 0-2 years of experience with BS/BA in healthcare related field, nursing is preferred. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. Must possess a strong clinical background. Must be familiar with electronic safety databases, coding dictionaries and query development. Must possess knowledge of Mylan products and their potential adverse effects. Must possess strong and effective communication skills, and time management skills. Must possess good drug information research skills and be able to conduct on-line research. Must possess computer skills by using Word Perfect, MS Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes.
