Inova Health System is seeking experienced RNs within the following specialties for our System-Wide Float Pool: PICU, NICU, L&D, Same Day Surgery, Gastro, OR, Circulating, PACU, ICU, CVICU, Neuro, Trauma, ED, Med/Surg and Telemetry. The RN will have the opportunity to use their clinical knowledge in a variety of professional environments within Magnet recognized facilities to provide exceptional patient care.
Through the Inova Health System-Wide Float Pool, you have the unique opportunity to work within any one of five facilities as a team member of a unit for a designated period of time. It is a wonderful way to learn more about all of the Inova facilities and meet other systemâ€"wide talented nursing and health care professionals while gaining and maintaining system knowledge, skills, and benefits.
This is a full-time position with dedicated assignments between 6-13 weeks with the opportunity to float to all 5 all Inova Hospitals:
