DESCRIPTION: Riverside Adult Day Services provides health, therapeutic and social support for adults. Works under the supervision of the Director of Adult Day ! Services and is responsible for performing tasks that support social, physical and cognitive functioning of adults with impairments. Assists with activities of daily living, vitals, maintaining medical records/charts and assisting with nutrition.

EDUCATION: Must have Nurse Aide diploma from approved school.

LICENSURE: C.N.A. licensure is preferred but not required.

EXPERIENCE: Prefer at least 6 months experience working with older or impaired adults.
