DESCRIPTION: Riverside Convalescent Center - Smithfield has an opening for an RN. Works under the direction of the Directo! r of Nursing. Assesses, plans, implements, and executes resident care and directs all activities in order to provide quality service. Maintains close contact with residents, families and staff while coordinating nursing services with all other disciplines. Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION: Graduate of a School of Nursing, either through an AS, diploma or BSN program.

LICENSURE: Licensed or eligible by the State of VA as a Registered Nurse
