Job Summary/Purpose:
Accept new patient referrals for Sentara Home Care Services! : serve as resource to agency for patient and/or referral source issues. Accept triage calls from patients and referral sources.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED; college preferred
Experience: 3 years of customer service experience required. Previous call center experience or medical office experience required. Medical terminology preferred.
Licensure: Licensed practical nurse
Other: Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, prioritize work load, be flexible and organized. Must have excellent customer service and telephone skills, and have computer experience (Windows, Word, or Medical Software).
