Must possess skills to administer general/regional anesthesia and monitored anesthesia care to ASA Class I, II, III, IV and V patients undergoing invasive diagnostic or surgical procedures. Graduate of Professional School of Nursing and School of Nurse Anesthesia required. Good interpersonal and communication skills essential. Current Virginia RN and Practitioner licensure with Virginia State Board of Nurse Examiners required. ACLS/PALS certification needed (Training available at Carilion Clinic). Board certified or eligibility required.
