West Virginia University Hospitals, a 531-bed, teaching hospital/Level I Trauma Center, has an exciting career opportunity for a Manager of Nursing Administration.

This position will manage, coordinate, and evaluate all elements of nursing professional practice, nursing research/research utilization program, and ANCC Magnet Recognition designation for the organization in accordance with the service and missions of the institution.

Minimum qualifications

include:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing required. (May not be waived.) • Master of Science degree in Nursing or related field preferred. • PhD or DNP preferred. • Current license to practice Registered Professional Nursing in West Virginia. (May not be waived.) • Four years nursing experience with at least two years management experience required. (May be waived in lieu of significant relevant experience or accomplishments.) .
