At the direction of the Director of Quality and in collaboration with medical staff and hospital staff, the Outcomes Analyst RN is responsible for hospital wide identification, coll! ection, analysis and reporting of data and information to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
a. Minimum Education Requirement : Nursing Degree, BSN preferred.
b. Minimum Experience Requirement : Three (3) years' experience in hospital setting with experience/knowledge in Quality Management. Knowledge of word processing, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Knowledge of Process Improvement and appropriate statistical tools for analysis of data. Must be familiar with Joint Commission standards. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation skills. Experience working directly with physicians on committees. Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality relative to sensitive information.
c. Minimum License Requirement : WV Licensed Registered Nurse .
Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions
Light Work: Frequent ! lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to10 lbs with a! maximum lifting of 25 lbs.
