We are seeking a highly motivated, versatile individual with the desire to meet customer expectations and grow in the Charleston, West Virginia area. Our environment is fast-paced and constantly changing as we continue to grow our business. The responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting account executives by servicing and driving to existing accounts. Assist the outside sales representatives when they are unable to service their customers and the inside sales representatives with special customer situations. This is a great opportunity to begin your career in medical/surgical sales. The successful candidate will call on operating room nurses, CS managers, Physicians, L&D departments and will assist in the daily operations of our sales force. The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license. A ! majority of time (80%+) will be spent traveling to local hospi! tals. Extensive training and mentoring will be provided. Requirements for this position are as follows:

• Pick-up and deliver surgical instruments
• Thorough understanding of the sales process
• Ability to educate the customers
• Foster strong relationships with customers
• Identify potential sales opportunities for sales representatives
• Keep an open line of communications with Spectrum staff and customers
• Continually educate self on industry subjects and product knowledge
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Planning and organizational skills
• Meet deadlines
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Computer experience requiring Microsoft Office
• Clean driving record
